Description: The air suspension mechanical assembly is divided into three parts: ① Air suspension main body, ② Mechanical accessories, ③ Fastening parts; where X-X represents the X-th component in the X-th part, e.g., 5-3 in ① Air suspension main body represents the 3rd part in the 5th component of the air suspension main body.

Installation

When welding the leaf spring seat to the axle, ensure proper fit, and the position meets the requirement for the locating center distance;
The welding ground wire must only be connected to the axle body, to avoid grounding through rotating wheel components;

Settings

Optionally install ABS tone ring, sensors, etc. as needed;

Usage

After the new vehicle is first loaded and driven, and after 15 days of driving, or after each tire change, the nuts need to be tightened in the specified order with a torque wrench;
Use specialized lubricants and avoid using incompatible oils;
Pay attention to axle maintenance, regularly inspect and replace parts.
