On March 15, 2023, the Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association awarded Shenzhen Yide Electric Co., Ltd. the plaque for its second term (2020-2023) as a member unit, officially becoming a member of the industry association. Yide Electric will contribute to the development of the association, leveraging its strengths in commercial lighting and connectors.
The Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association (SLDA) was established in 2016. It is a local, industry-specific, non-profit social organization approved by the Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau, under the guidance of the Shenzhen Science and Innovation Commission, the Shenzhen Economic and Information Commission, the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, and the Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology. It is voluntarily formed by domestic enterprises engaged in R&D, manufacturing, sales, engineering, and design related to the lighting and display screen industry, as well as relevant scientific research institutions. It is the first cross-border LED industry association organization in China.
