MCS MINI Classic enables continuous system wiring via MCS

MULTI CONNECTION SYSTEM (MCS), as part of the WAGO multi-purpose pluggable connector series, provides industry-leading solutions for your wiring. Standard connectors for device connection: WAGO multi-purpose MCS MIDI Classic connectors are available with pin spacings of 5, 5.08, 7.5, and 7.62 mm (0.197, 0.2, 0.295, and 0.3 inch). The versatile CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is suitable for all conductor types with cross-sections from 0.08 to 2.52 mm² (28–12 AWG). Connectors with locking levers or locking screws ensure wiring safety by preventing accidental disconnections.

Overview of advantages:

• CAGE CLAMP® wiring units can be operated from both vertical or horizontal directions, making pre-wiring and on-site wiring easier and simpler.

• Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology allows solid conductors with or without ferrules and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be directly inserted into dual entry ports, enabling high-density wire-to-board connections in confined spaces.

• When female connectors are assembled side-by-side, the pitch between adjacent channels remains unchanged.

• Suitable for wire-to-board, wire-to-wire, board-to-board, and board-to-wire connections.

• Can be optionally coded to prevent mismating.
