Basic structure of the switch

The diode connected in parallel with the relay serves as protection, preventing the high voltage generated by self-induction from damaging the transistor when the relay is de-energized. Component specifications: J relay Model 4098 operating voltage 6V V1V2 transistor 9014 VD crystal diode 2CP10 or 1N4001 R adjustable resistor 100k C electrolytic capacitor 100u/6V K1 push button switch. The simplest switch has two pieces of metal called "contacts." When the two contacts touch, they form a circuit for the current; when they don't touch, the circuit is open. When selecting contact metals, their resistance to corrosion should be considered.

Main Classifications of Switches

Classified by purpose: rocker switch, band switch, record/playback switch, power switch, pre-select switch, limit switch, control switch, changeover switch, isolator switch, travel switch, wall switch, smart fire-proof switch, etc. Classified by structure: micro switch, rocker switch, toggle switch, slide switch, push-button switch, key switch, as well as trendy membrane switches and touch switches. Classified by contact type: Switches can be divided into three types according to contact type: a-type contacts, b-type contacts, and c-type contacts. Contact type refers to the operating condition where 'the contacts close after operating (pressing) the switch' and contact

National Standard for Terminals

This standard is equivalent to International Standard IEC455(1988) "General rules for the identification of equipment terminals and certain conductor terminations and the application of alphanumeric systems". Subject Content This standard specifies various methods for the identification of terminals of electrical equipment (hereinafter referred to as equipment), and establishes general rules for the identification of equipment terminals and specific conductor terminations by means of an alphanumeric system. This standard applies to the identification markings for terminals of equipment (such as resistors, fuses, relays, contactors, transformers, rotating machines, etc.) and combinations of these devices, and also applies to the identification of specific conductor terminations. Where necessary, these

Basic Introduction to Terminals

In engineering, it is the interface reserved by the pre-station project for the post-station project, and is an embedded facility for post-station interface projects. The terminal cross-section inspection microscope can produce upright three-dimensional spatial images when observing objects, with strong stereoscopic effect, clear and wide imaging, and a long working distance; equipped with a high-precision wire harness terminal image measurement and analysis system, combined to form a wire harness terminal inspection microscope, the perfect combination of high-quality optical system and high-resolution camera makes the cross-sectional image clearer, and the unique fixed magnification and fixed gear make measurements more accurate. A terminal is a component that connects a battery to an external conductor. In electrical engineering, terminals often refer to wiring ends.

Basic performance of connectors

The basic performance of connectors can be divided into three main categories: mechanical performance, electrical performance, and environmental performance. Another important mechanical performance is the mechanical life of the connector. Mechanical life is actually an indicator of durability, referred to as mechanical operation in the national standard GB5095. It is based on one insertion and one extraction as a cycle, and the ability of the connector to normally complete its connection function (such as contact resistance value) after a specified number of mating cycles serves as the evaluation criterion.
